Account AI Prompts?

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

We are starting to mine our internal calls and emails to personalize some of our outreach to similar companies of current clients and closed-lost opportunities and are starting to scratch the surface with our Account AI summaries.

Questions for the community - what prompts have you seen as most successful for similar initiatives that you may be trying within your own organizations?  Have you seen more success in mining data from long-term existing relationships or from more recent wins and losses?

Great question — one prompt pattern that's worked well for us is feeding the last 3 calls with a contact into an "account recap" prompt: ask it to pull top pain points, tech stack mentions, and the next step that was promised, then use those as the opener for outreach. We also run a separate prompt that flags any mention of competitors or budget timelines so reps can time their follow-up. The trick seems to be keeping prompts narrow and output-focused rather than asking for a general summary.
