I run the internal forecast meetings (can’t record it) with the sales leaders. I really want to build a weekly wrap up email to send out to the Exec.
I tried with Gong assistant to give me some feedback on latest forecast, changes, new deals in commit or pushed out but it analyse only calls and not deal boards.
Is there anything you do? even using ChatGpt?
If I do manually it takes ages, I need a prompt answer to send out
