I use our Pipeline Boards for viewing status of deals multiple times a week - sometimes multiple times a day. One thing I have been thrilled to see is that when we open our Next Steps field, the AI-Suggested deal updates seem to be getting better and better as far as accuracy. I have included a HEAVILY redacted example for you to see. We just click the pencil in the field, and then the AI-Suggested deal updates suggestions appear below.
The only thing we need now is a new field that can accomodate a larger character limit. We have been bound to 250 characters and with such rich updates coming from the AI suggestions, it’s a shame that we can’t just use them as-is. Quite a bit of doctoring work has to go into making the suggestion useable.
