Would love some tips and tricks from any renewal managers/retention managers on possible question templates they used for their rrenewal/account review based calls so we can get all relevant information

@Molly Kipnis Great to meet you! I am still getting up and running on my accounts and haven’t had a chance to run a renewal review call yet. However, I have used the ask anything feature for some recorded calls that my colleagues have done. Does the Ask anything feature also work standalone?
