We try and send out a weekly tip to remind our team of all the ways they can use tools in our tech stack.  This week, we are playing with the Halloween theme.  We pulled a report from Gong on which reps are ‘ghosted’ the least and then shared some tips on what to do when you’ve been ghosted… including the use of Ask Me Anything (why isn’t this prospect responding?).    Who doesn’t want less ghosting but more BOOOOkings right?  It’s tough to come up with fun content for these emails every week- anyone have ideas they have used to send out weekly tips on Gong?? Can you share?

@Benedetta Pediconi Under Deals, select Analytics and then Drivers.. it is one of the columns on the Drivers table so to share with the team, I did need to pull out and put into a table… I just shared those that were ghosted less than average (intro to email below) then we did some more training on why you get ghosted and what you can do if that happens (including using Ask Me Anything) and non-Gong related tips.  The pink dog is Sparky (our weekly sales spark mascot :-)

I started naming my trainings “How to Make your Life Easier”, so when I send a new update or feature, I write in that theme and it’s a real attention grabber. I did a 2+ hour training at our Growth Team offsite a few weeks ago, where I introduced the theme, and my training got great feedback, so they know if I’m telling them it will make their life easier, it will 😃

@Alexandra awesome.. anything we launch SHOULD make their lives easier, but we don’t always remember to deliver the message from that perspective.
