I am looking for a way to get reporting on what specific phrases triggered a keyword tracker on a call. We are working on an initiative with our leaders and they are looking for an old school “laundry list” of specific phrases mentioned within a call that triggered the tracker. I have looked into the different resources on the Gong community, and so far I’m not seeing a great way to do this within Gong itself. I have seen where you can create Salesforce reports with this data, potentially, but I am not versed in Salesforce reporting.
Any help or suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.
