I want to use theme spotter to identify the top industry terms and acronyms used on customer calls.  I want this information to help with my onboarding of new BDRs and sellers that don’t have industry experience.    It looks like there are only specific questions I can choose in theme spotter vs creating my own.  Is that really the case or is this operator error?   Admittedly I am a novice WRT theme spotter.   Any guidance here is appreciated.  Thanks, Joe!

@jbarrow high level idea! 

For your use case (industry terms/acronyms), the practical path is:

  • Create a Smart Tracker or keyword tracker for key jargon, then run Theme Spotter on that tracker; or
  • Use AI Builder / Ask Anything on filtered discovery calls to extract “most common terms/acronyms” and turn that into your onboarding guide.
