Hi there!

We are loving the enable + AI trainer and rolled out a huge certification wth 5 parts + submitting calls to a library for scoring. Our director of platforms is having to use a lot of manual processes to build a spreadsheet dashboard for leaders to see a consolidated view. Does anyone have good tips or workarounds for dashboarding INSIDE of Gong?

    ​@RyanP1 Today, there isn’t one native Gong dashboard that rolls up AI Trainer/certification progress plus scored-call results into a single leader view. Those data points are available in Gong, but they live in different places, so you’d have to use some amount of export/reporting to create one consolidated dashboard.

    A few best practices in case helpful:

    • Use the training Assignments view for completion status, average practice scores, and CSV export.

    • Use Insights > Team > Scorecards to track scoring trends and drill into rep performance over time.

    • Use Initiative boards if you want to show whether the certification is changing behavior on live calls over time.

    Unfortunately, exporting those views into a spreadsheet/BI layer is probably the best workaround for now. If you’d like, you can also submit a feature request from the Community home page.
