AI Briefer - Need help to automate

Hey team ! 

When setting up my automation, i would like

  1. Isolate calls that turn a prospect into a customer (done)
  2. Automatically trigger an ai briefer to screen the entire account and catch a brief type
  3. send this brief type result via a webhook.

How can i do that please?

+1 on this use case. I tried via a workato script but was unable to get it working.

Just confirmed with the team —  this workflow still isn’t currently possible. The webhook payload includes a lot of valuable data you can work with (full details here: Webhook payload docs) but AI Briefer results aren’t currently part of what’s sent.

This is a really valuable use case though, so I highly recommend submitting this as a feature request, which you can do on the right-hand side of this page. Your feedback will get routed directly to our Product team for consideration!
