If an email isn’t showing up in Gong, double check to see whether the client on the email thread is listed as a contact in your CRM. If they are, ensure that contact is also associated with the right account in your CRM.

If we find a contact in your CRM with an email address that matches the one in the email thread, we’ll import the email and link it to the parent account with which the contact is associated.
