Support Tip of the Week: Getting emails that your Gong user isn’t a Zoom user?

If you’re using our Native Zoom integration and receive an email that a Gong user isn’t a Zoom user, check the following:

  1. Does the user’s email address match in Gong and Zoom?

  2. Does the user have a license in Zoom? Their “License” field in their Zoom profile should say “Licensed” instead of “Basic”.
