If you want to cancel the recording of a calendar event that includes assistant@gong.io, make sure you cancel it in your calendar provider (Google or Office 365), and select the option to notify all participants that it is canceled.
If participants (including assistant@gong.io) are not notified of the cancellation, our system will not know about the cancellation and will record it.
