Support Tip of the Week: Unexpectedly seeing an internal call recording?

If you notice that an internal call was recorded when it shouldn’t have been, double check the calendar event to see if any participants used an external email domain (e.g., a personal email address). If they did, that explains things! Gong equates external email addresses with external meetings, and automatically records those calls.
