If you want managers to control their own team’s data capture settings, navigate to the company settings page > Team Member Provisioning, and select “Managers can turn data capture on or off for their team”.
This gives managers more control, even without admin privileges.
Note: If you use an automatic provisioning method, such as Salesforce or Okta, you’ll also see the option to notify managers with recorded teams when a new user is imported:
