Under the Insights tab, you’ll see “based on # calls.”
You filtered the page by “All calls,” and it’s not showing the exact number of calls you’re seeing under your Conversations tab.
No worries! It should update by the end of the week. These numbers aren’t real-time and are updated weekly (typically on Saturdays).
