- JOB DESCRIPTION: Handshake is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Sales Enablement reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Enablement, on the Employer Enablement team. In this role you will have a direct, tangible, and measurable impact on the largest sales team at Handshake - our Enterprise Sales Team. You will create an extension of our HandshakeU onboarding specifically for all incoming AE hires. You will create and facilitate an ongoing learning structure for product rollouts and AE-specific initiatives. You will have a positive impact on certification scores, average ACV, logos retained, and modular attach rate. In this role, you will have opportunities to develop collaboration and project management skills, work deeply with our all-star Enterprise sales leaders, as well as have exposure to the GTM manager and leadership teams.
