Job Description:
As a Gong business consultant you will: :
1. Onboard New Gong Customers:
Follow Gong’s proven implementation approach to onboard and implement new Gong customers. You will learn everything there is to know about Gong and get experience with different business models and technical environments. If you are looking for a high growth role with a lot of variety, this role is for you!
2. Deliver Insights to Gong Customers:
You will follow Growment’s proven consulting approach to uncover customer insights from Gong data. You will get to deep dive in data with Gong and Growment’s analysis tools. You will use data to reveal what sales behaviors contribute to closing more deals faster. And you will help sales reps know what they need to do to make quota. As you dig into the data and sales behaviors, you will get to show your Gong wizardry by making improvements to the customer's Gong environment.
This is a great opportunity for Gong lovers that want to work within a proven implementation methodology and love to drive customer success. Your ability to work independently and keep commitments to tasks and assigned work packages on multiple concurrent projects is essential.
