Analyzing call trends at scale

Has anyone found a way using Gong to analyze trends across sales calls at scale? I’ve used trackers to identify calls that match specific criteria (ex: competitors, discovery questions, etc) but I haven’t found a way for Gong to identify things like: most common objections faced during the sales process, top pain points we’re hearing from our ICP or how effective is our team at executing our sales methodology without significant manual effort digging into individual calls.

Does this type of functionality exist in Gong?

Following! I spoke with a support representative who said that aggregate insights are targeted for the future but if anyone has found a way to do this on their own I would love to know.

Thanks @Katelyn Trego for this question, and @Andrea Rist for your response!

In the meantime, I’ll tag some folks who might have insights to offer! @Inbal Shacked @Ian Gwynne @Quinn Ricigliano @Vicki Kam @Courtney_Mirakl

Following! Would love to hear a response from Gong on this one. Seems like a next logical step with some of the more recent AI summarization features Gong has rolled out. Our use case is that we are gathering VOC for a potential new product, and we want to analyze trends across all these calls to summarize a succinct analysis of the responses we are getting.

Hi @Clare Teeling @Katelyn Trego! Currently, this isn’t a functionality in Gong. However, I highly recommend submitting this as an idea to our Product team (which you can do on the righthand side of this page) because it’s a great one!
