Permission Profiles for API requests - What's Allowed?

Hi there, we recently set up an integration so our users can connect to Gong to fetch their calls in our platform.

However this only works for technical admins. Is there any documentation around how to enable this for other Permission Profiles or is it that only technical admins are allowed to use the Gong API?

@Sam Cockburn confirming that only technical admins can authenticate an integration for an organization for the first time. Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
