Can you teach Gong to recognize words?

Gong does not recognize the name of our company, “Accelo”. It often cites in transcripts “excel” or “a cell o”. I’m curious if we can teach Gong AI to recognize a new word?

I found an article that should answer your question: https://help.gong.io/hc/en-us/articles/360028270692-When-to-use-custom-vocabulary

Short answer is yes, you can add a term to the Custom Vocabulary to correct any words that are incorrectly transcribed by Gong.
