+1I’ve set my Gong personal flow in Engage to ‘visible’ which indicates other members should be able to use it.
However, I don’t see how I could go about adding a contact to someone else’s flow so not sure how they could use my flow? Currently my company has blocked me from adding to the ‘company flows’

The toggle you’re referring to is for someone who does have the ability to create a company flow. It allows for a draft to be worked on before it becomes public for the team to use. I see how this can be misleading though and I will pass along your experience to our Product team!
