Can't get approval for Developer Account

I am writing this for help because my Gong Developer Account is not being approved or denied (processed). Me and my co-founder have filed applications but have heard nothing back from Gong. Could someone please help with this.

Hi ​@kashyab I see you submitted a form on the 28th. The 28th and 29th were holidays for us and we appreciate your patience.

 

I’ve provisioned you a Developer Partner Instance and you should see a welcome email along with an invite to our Partner Portal.
