Would it be possible to change the color of the circle next to the persona name when it moves from lead to contact, in order to create a clear visual distinction and therefor adjust approach.
This would significantly improve the workflow of users working with both types of profiles
Since Gong is able to detect when a person is a lead or a contact from within the CRM it doesn't seem like an impossible thing to create
For example
Lead = Pink
Contact = Blue
