Telephony integration with Gong

Hello Everyone,

We built a telephony integration with Gong where we sync call data with Gong.
The integration went well (functionality wise). Everything is working fine and now we want to go live on Gong marketplace.

We already have access to developer account as well as partners account but it seems our partners account didn’t had enough permissions to create a listing (as that is required to go live).

Attaching a screenshot here to show how the platform looks:

As you can see, i am not seeing any option to mange listings.
Same in User & invites. Though i can invite a user but i cannot invite any admin.

Any help is highly appreciated.

@Irfan Wani

Hi there!

Thanks so much for building a telephony integration with Gong — love hearing that it’s working well and you’re ready for the marketplace.

The “empty” Partner Fleet screen you’re seeing just means your listing and listing‑admin access haven’t been provisioned yet. To move forward:

  1. Fill out the Technology Partner Integration Review & Enablement form here: https://collective.gong.io/pages/publishing
  2. In the form, note that your integration is live and request that Gong:
    • Makes your OAuth app Public, and
    • Enables your Gong Collective listing + listing‑admin access for your account (so you can manage the listing and invite admins).

If that form or page doesn’t work for any reason, you can also open a ticket at https://contact.gong.io/hc/en-us/requests/new or email integration.requests@gong.io with your app name, client ID, and this screenshot, and ask to have your marketplace listing and Partner Fleet permissions enabled.
