Tracker keyword details missing in api /v2/calls/extensive

I have a tracker keyword published named as Competitors, and in calls as well i can s gong is able to identify these keywords using the point of interest matrix but when i try to get the details through /v2/calls/extensive with {"content": {"trackers": true}} i dont get values of these tracker keywords instead i get other smart tracker values only why is it a bug ?
