Hi All - I created a smart tracker for a specific item that my team deals with. I am now getting emails from Gong with notifications from the smart tracker that are from other sales teams within our company. I have looked around at the settings and I can’t seem to find a way to restrict the smart tracker to only identifying people from my team. Is that possible? Thanks, Joe

A work around that I’ve used is to create streams for specific trackers. You can add the filters that you want:
Call Participants - “Your Team”
Trackers - “Smart Tracker” you are trying to monitor
Then you set your email notifications - if it’s a trend you are measuring, I’d recommend weekly, if it’s something you want to course correct immediately, I’d recommend subscribing “immediately.”
All these calls will also go into a library to access so you aren’t always sifting through your emails down the road.
