Year 3- Scaling back to focus on increasing adoption

We attempted to expand usage across the world in year 2 of our Gong journey but found it was wildly more difficult than we anticipated based on our successful pilot in North America.

We decided to scale back this year to focus on creating deeper value in North America and use those wins to re-approach our adoption in other regions. 

To start, we’ll increase our usage of Gong for coaching around discovery and sales methodology.

We are facing a similar issue here, however, rather than scaling back, we are forging ahead. Our Gong AM and CS managers have been a critical part in helping us map out what this tailored approach would look like in a way that’s manageable for our Enablement team.

Hey @Mar Ryan we just started the expansion of Gong to a couple of our teams in Europe and it is indeed a very different response ... It’s too early for me to share best practices or learnings but happy to sync and know more about your experience if you like.
