call library permission change

Badge

I have Admin access, however, I do not have access to any of the recordings, I remember doing this on friday and now I have no access, not even logged in as the host. 

Can anyone help

Hi Tammy,

 

I see that you are a Technical Admin in your Gong account. I don’t think you’d need to be a Business Admin to be able to access a recording.  

 

To dive deeper and figure out what’s happening we will need to have our Support team work with you on this. Below is the link to the Help Center page to submit your request by filling out the form.  They’ll be able to better assist you from there.
