Is there functionality coming to give the option to have the gong announcement only happen once? I love having calls recorded, but with 26 outside attendees we listened to 26 announcements (some only partial due to the mute button...) but it’s sort of annoying. Any product updates appreciated!

Glad that you see see the value of having your calls recorded Love to hear the enthusiasm there!
I can understand how that could be frustrating having the audio prompt play each time an attendee jobs the call. We provide options for company’s to chose how best they want to handle consent. With that in mind, there is already functionality in the Admin settings that a Technical Admin could flip from having the audio prompt play after each attendee to playing only once after the first guest participant jobs the call.
If you want to want to see what effects this may have to your setup or larger organization, I’d recommending first consulting with your Gong CSM
