I need to turn off the pre-call email that sends to a customer 10 mins before a call. I found this page: https://help.gong.io/docs/enable-pre-call-emails

 

  • Can I do this as a non-admin and per customer? 
  • I can’t find “company settings” does company mean per customer settings?

Good question — you do need your Gong admin to turn off the pre-call emails. Company settings will be accessible by your admin. 

Pre-call emails can be turned off on an account-level basis, but not on an individual contact-level basis.
