Anyone using SmartTracker to learn about their customers' onboarding experience?

I focus on the Customer Experience post-sale at my organization and am a new user of Gong. I’d love to leverage Smart Trackers to learn more about what’s going well for our customers or what they’re struggling with. I tried building one but in the training of the tracker I’m getting a lot of conversations that simply aren’t aligned. I’m wondering if anyone has tips on what settings I should try applying or statements you’d recommend using as part of the training for the tracker. Thanks in advance!Alex

Using AI in our Pipeline Board

I use our Pipeline Boards for viewing status of deals multiple times a week - sometimes multiple times a day. One thing I have been thrilled to see is that when we open our Next Steps field, the AI-Suggested deal updates seem to be getting better and better as far as accuracy. I have included a HEAVILY redacted example for you to see. We just click the pencil in the field, and then the AI-Suggested deal updates suggestions appear below. The only thing we need now is a new field that can accomodate a larger character limit. We have been bound to 250 characters and with such rich updates coming from the AI suggestions, it’s a shame that we can’t just use them as-is. Quite a bit of doctoring work has to go into making the suggestion useable. I’d ove to hear if you are having luck with using AI suggestions. TIA

Hey, Visioneers! This one’s for our CSMs here in the Community. On behalf of our CSM team at Gong, here are some of the Ask Anything prompts we use to learn about business goals, feature usage, renewals and upsells, and more. Please feel free to use these prompts in Gong’s Ask Anything on calls with your customers, and let us know below what prompts you’ve been finding helpful in your day-to-day! I had the pleasure of interviewing Gong’s CFO Tim Riitters and asked him YOUR questions about demonstrating ROI, navigating sales pitches to CFOs, and exploring the best practices in the realm of financial leadership. Here’s a glimpse into just three of the invaluable takeaways that emerged from our discussion: There are four main reasons why people buy technology or services : increasing revenue, decreasing cost, risk management/compliance, or improving customer experience. If you’re in a position where you sell to a CFO, it’s important to understand which of these problems your product or service solves for. CFOs trust internal champions more than vendors. We want to better understand the product features requirements and requests of our clients. Given that this data can come up in any call, Gong was the perfect place to use as a point of where all the data flows and to tag the data using Going tools. What workflow in Gong did you use to solve this challenge? We started by using trackers, but that wasn't good enough for us, as many times the requests and requirements we got were communicated to us using words we didn't think of, and therefore the tracker didn't catch them.
