When I am uploading my 38 second video, Gong is only showing 35 seconds of it. This may seem minor, but I had an intro and outro fade on my video that is now missing. How can I prevent this from happening?

For context, Gong’s processor automatically trims out silence on calls to keep recordings to the relevant parts and prevent having long recordings of silence. We trim calls by a condition of a minimum of 4 seconds of talking in 10-second windows.

Adding to say that it doesn’t seem to matter how long the intro and outro are, looks like it’s only uploading the parts where it’s recognizing that someone is speaking. Is there a way to adjust that?
