Hey everyone,

I’m really loving the new feature of requesting viewer information before they can access a recording, but on that note, do we not get email notifications anymore without toggling that?

@Alex Lee Whenever you share a call , without require identification - each time a person access the call you should be notified about it by email. If you shared the call with identification toggled on, and the person did not identify himself - you will not be notified on it.

@Dana Nizguretski  Much thanks for your response….. I guess my prospects haven’t been viewing the recordings I send them haha…. All good and thank you again…. also much thanks @Nisha Baxi  for being on top of this.
