Is there a way I can share an ongoing call, like a weekly team meeting for someone that does not attend regularly without having to go in and share it manually every time?

If yes:
Create a Saved Filter or Stream, using your meeting title or other criteria as a filter, and add them as a recipient with immediate notification.
If no:
Create a Gong Collaborator user for them and follow the prior step.
