Text expansion snippets and copying and pasting stopped working

I use Raycast for text expansion snippets in a number of applications, including when noting my tasks in Gong Engage (for clarity, these are not related to anything Gong calls snippets). One day a coworker said he can no longer copy and paste things from Salesforce to Gong. I checked and I cannot either. However, I can copy and paste it into a text file and then copy and paste it into Gong. My text expansion snippets from Raycast also stopped working in Gong, although they still work in Salesforce and every other application. 

 

Being that the issues are only in the Gong windows (either the Gong Engage page or the Gong Sidebar) and no other applications, and being that it also began on the same day for a coworker who is also on a macbook air but in a separate location, I have to assume the issue comes from a change in Gong. 

Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?

Edit: Sorry if this is in the wrong section. I couldn’t find a troubleshooting area. 

update: another coworker is on a pc is not reporting any issues. Seems it is limited to mac users so far.

@Molly Kipnis Thank you. It resolved itself somehow. It wasn’t anything I did, so maybe something was updated on the back end. If it starts again I’ll submit a ticket.
