Can you Please Help Me Test the AI Briefs Capability for Customer Success or Acct Mgmt Teams?

Hi all,

If you enable teams that drive expansion revenue, you need to check out this new Gong feature. You may have seen that Gong recently introduced the AI Briefs capability. Briefs allow you to create tailored summary notes that leverage AI across both deals and the entire account.

I created a popular methodology called REACH (Relationships, Engagement, Actions, Customer Value, Horizons) that enables Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and nurture opportunities to expand revenue from their existing customer base. The methodology is based on my best-selling book REACH: A Framework for Driving Revenue from Your Existing Customers

I am looking for a few companies willing to help me test out the effectiveness and accuracy of a REACH-based brief. This would allow your CSMs and Account Managers to see an AI-generated summary of the calls, notes, and emails related to an account to identify opportunities to increase the propensity of a customer to expand their account with you.
