Does anyone have a survey template, or other tips, that helped to assess adoption readiness? Working with a relatively underused environment (e.g., no folders, little coaching, low AI usage). I'd like to understand current Gong usage across the sales team and identify highest points of leverage to focus on to drive operational excellence and coaching.
