If you tried to upgrade ‘Gong for Salesforce’ and got an error message, follow these steps:

  1. Check that you’re using the right version! Follow the steps in the “Upgrading from v1.22 or below” or “Upgrading from v1.24 or later” section here first.

  2. Then, follow the steps in the “Upgrade Gong for Salesforce” section. 

IMPORTANT: It’s easy to miss, but make sure you install the prerequisite patch listed.
