I’m doing our end of year metrics and have decided to focus on three areas moving into 2023: More than 4 engaged contacts before our technical eval sales stage, ensuring that we are addressing budget before this same stage, and ensuring we are discussing quantifiable metrics for a successful implementation.
BUT…
I want to raise enthusiasm. Has anyone done some kind of gamification, perhaps for 30 days, that really got people hyped up about their usage of Gong? Extra applause if it involves building out a “best of” library….
