Hi there,

I am looking for an answer on how I can filter for specific keywords within different timeframes during a call.

For example:

Filtering the word “zip code” within the first 2 minutes of a prospecting call, then filtering the word “experience” within the following 3-5 minutes of the call.

Is there a way to do this?

To add to this, I’m thinking there must be a way to institute a IF / THEN formula, where it identifies specific words mentioned during the first 2 minutes, and so forth...

Hi @Grace Ziemke! Let me do some digging and get back to you on this. Stay tuned!

Hi again @Grace Ziemke, unfortunately, there’s not an exact way to search timeframes (like within the first 5-10 minutes of a call).

However, as a potential workaround, you can create a tracker for the keywords you’re looking for and then filter the time frame to when said (see below).

I hope this is helpful!

Also, if this doesn’t solve your case, I’d highly encourage you to submit this as a feature request so that our Product team can prioritize it. You can do that on the righthand side of this page!
