Subscribe to transcripts via API?

Hello Gong!

We’d like to develop an integration with Gong that would allow us to fact check transcripts against our product documentation library via our product, LemonadeLXP.  For this, we’d need to be notified that a new transcript is available after the call concludes.

Is there a webhook available so that we can subscribe to call events? Polling, conversely, would seem ‘expensive’.

In the end, we want something similar to what the Slack integration does; save that rather for posting to Slack as the call concludes, we want it on our web hooks so that we can process.  They don’t poll, do they?

Thank you!

Alex

Hi @LLXP We do not have webhooks available in the Public API, though a user may create an automation rule in Gong to send calls to LemonadeLXP via webhook when certain criteria is met.
