Did you miss @Marshall Hamilton’s first meetup for Gong Program Managers on Wednesday?

No worries — you can catch up on the conversation right here!

Thank you to @Andrew O'Driscoll@Arielle Parnes-Katz@Craig Snyder@Jenna Higgs, Ken Blank, Rachel Hudson, @Kelly Parks, Kyle Young, Samantak Bagchi, Caroline Jones, and Matt Greenwood for joining us for an excellent discussion about how to encourage Gong adoption at your organization and how to measure your success.

Here are 3 things you can do right now to set your teams up for success with Gong:

  1. Create folders for each stage of onboarding, then automatically add snippets that highlight examples of how to handle those situations to turn your new hires into day-one power users. (Great suggestion from @Craig Snyder!)

  2. Put metrics behind managerial usage. Run a monthly standup to highlight your Managers’ coaching metrics and their overall metrics across teams.  “We saw a really strong correlation between the managers who were really invested in the tool and those whose teams were performing well.” — @Marshall Hamilton

  3. Make Gong a part of everyone’s onboarding process. Give Gong logins to your Product and Marketing teams and ask them to derive insights from Gong — this gives them a cool opportunity to learn more about your organization and suggest priorities that might be interesting for your company to consider in the future.
