None of the materials I read in certificaiton address best practices for SEs who want to use Gong. At my previous place of employment, we also werent part of any enablement. Are there some guidelines/best practices for how we should be included in a Gong rollout?

I’m a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and lead the Gong roll out at my org. I would LOVE it if Gong had resources or playbooks for SAs.
What I did for my SAs was create Library folders specifically focused on technical conversations that would help support their training. I consulted with the leaders on the SA side what competitive conversations they were looking to learn more about as well and added a technical competitive library conversations. I asked my SA leaders what trackers would be most helpful for them and if they’d want any notifications set up when SAs were present in calls with an X topics etc.
We are still in the early stages of adoption - so please let me know what you might find helpful for your SAs! I’d love to be able to increase support for our teams too.
