Would anyone else find it useful to be able to collaborate with your teams when building smart trackers? Often I find myself building these and wanting to get input from other team members. In the current state, they would need to have administrative access and then go into the tracker to do their own training. It would be great if the permission was more widely available and I could earmark examples for others to review to make sure I’m on the right track. Or if I could even export a set of the training snippets for others to review manually.

Hi @Peter M

While folks without admin permissions won’t be able to collaborate in the actual building of smart trackers, they can absolutely help by providing sentence examples for a given theme.

In this course, we have a downloadable template that Program Managers can disseminate to other stakeholders (likely frontline managers, who are listening to and searching for calls all day long) to gather sentence examples.

I hope this helps! Tagging in @Andrea Cantrell who can help answer any follow up questions you may have 🙂

Thanks for the reply Molly!

I would advocate for it to be considered for future feature improvements. Right now I’m trying to figure out how to share a model I trained for review and I can’t even screenshot the full page of results; I think I’ll have to take a recording of my screen as I scroll.

Help with setting up the examples is great but the training and review are much more important as they can pretty significantly evolve the concept compared to the initial examples.
