Hi All,

I’m setting up a few smart trackers, and then creating a stream where they live, and connecting that to Slack. This is a great way to engage newer sellers in the ways that the SMEs and experienced reps speak to / about newer or more complex areas of knowledge.

Anyone else doing this? Are you gaining engagement? Feeling that the results are gaining traction? Any additional ways this might be working for you?

Hi Andrea,

How specific were or what did your first two smart trackers focus on?

In general, trackers have been challenging because many of the same words that might appear in our Value Framework - Discovery guides overlap between products and general cybersecurity discussions.

Our CSM team just turned on Smart Trackers for us. My first smart tracker attempt was to isolate a set of questions for Product Specific Discovery. After four training rounds, I was still only getting 65% accuracy due to the Term “Asset” (also the product name) being brought up in scoping discussions for unrelated deals.

I’ve been quite specific, using unique product names and key identifiers. When going through the smart tracker sequences, I was very careful to make very “tight” connections to my intended subject matter. I’d say we’re getting probably 90-95% correct attributions.

As I move into making smart trackers for our MEDDPICC scoring, the phrases will be a lot more “generic” - so I’ll be curious how the AI engine does with that….
