Im a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Gong, having joined 4 months ago. Ive been in Success for a number of years, and thoroughly enjoy helping Gong customers achieve value and success from the platform. 

A little about me outside of work - Im a British Expat living in NJ, married my very own Jersey Gurrl, have two incredible little kids and am im avid fan of the currently dire Manchester United…

Hi all - I am thrilled to have a chance to work with Gong b/c I have heard so much about it over the past few years.

Over the past 20 years, I have been working in either fixed income sales or fixed income technology sales in London, New York, San Francisco and Dallas. 

You would be shocked if you knew the rudimentary tools trading desks threw at their sales teams (phonebook and a Bloomberg Terminal) so this is a massive upgrade and learning curve for me.

I discovered Kevin Dorsey about a year ago and my head almost exploded at how much I did not know about sales. He praised Gong and I can’t wait to get going on it.

I’m Miram, and I’ve been with Gong since April. I’m so excited to lead the Senior Inside Sales Team. I live in New Jersey right outside of New York City and I am really passionate about building top performing Gongsters. My non gong family consists my amazing husband and my 4 month old baby boy, while my current gong family is a 0 person team right now, but will soon change as we grow. I am currently building out the sales team from scratch under John Jenson and Bob Spina! Looking forward to meeting you all and being a part of this community.

My name is Jon Schwartz and I work at LinkedIn as a Relationship Manager for our Key Account segment of our Sales Solutions (Navigator + Insights) business.  I’m up in our Toronto office and have been with the company for  6 years.  I’m here to up-level my skillset on the “sales ops” side of the house as I continue working more and more closely with such customers.

Hi Everyone- Dan Laun here.  I’m a managing director at Helpsystems where I run the Automation business- RPA, Intelligent Capture and Job scheduling.  I recently started an initiative with my sales team to improve gong adoption and get better at discovery calls.  I shared my initiative with the president here and now I’m scheduled to share how Gong can help reps at our virtual sales meeting.  Any content I can recycle?  thanks in advance!
