Hi,Access to a section of a call I shared with a client has expired. Can I extend it, or do I have to re-crop and send it again? Thanks
Hi, is it possible to slow down a recorded call?tksf
Hi there, I am new to Gong and loving it! Something I can’t figure out though - is there a way that as a Manager / administrator I can mark one of my team member’s recordings as “private” so that it does not get shared with the broader team? It appears the only way to do this is if the team member is the one that marks it private. Is there not a setting or something that a Gong admin could do this? Or another alternative to be able to keep a recording in Gong to provide coaching and feedback to the individual, without sharing with the entire team? Thanks!
Anyone know how I can filter for all calls within my company that I’ve listened to? Can’t seem to find it 😅
How can I tell if others at my company have viewed my meeting recordings?
For some reason, the recording kept going for another 40 minutes after my presentation and call ended. I know I can send a snippet to other people but is there a way to delete that extra 40 minutes of the recording?
Hello Gong Community, Is there a way for me to set a listening goal for my team in Gong. I am hoping to set:A team goal that automates based on team members listening to peer Gong calls Individual goals. I’d like to set a monthly/weekly listening goal for my team that automates when then listen to a call. There is currently a ‘calls listened to’ chart in “TEAM’/’GONG USAGE’. I’d like to see that chart show team members that have achieved their goals for the month. Thanks,
Hey everyone,Is there an easy way to hide certain recordings from all ears/ eyes? (for example interviews)Thanks
Hello, does anyone know what the ‘Set call as private’ option meant to do? I tried clicking on it and it asks me to reach out to the admin.
Hi Gongsters,Does anyone know when/if the recording calls and meetings feature is coming to Australian Gong mobile app customers? I have many keen sales staff and their FLMs wanting to know. Thanks folks. :)
Gong customer for 6 months, have had a small team for 2 months; looking to do a one-time system clean-up and onboarding.I am planning a thorough review of all recordings (about 125) with a mostly new sales and marketing team. These recordings range from discovery to demo and a handful of fast deal cycles. Many of the calls from February and March were more marketing related discovery calls that we now have product to sell to, so some opportunities are out there right now that we can unlock.Draft plan says we partner with Product & Engineering and pair up 10 pairs of 2, one member from a customer facing role and one from a product creation role. The team gets an even share of gong calls to review. In this review, we will teach the team how to:-Identify competitors and tag them with #competitor-name-Watch out for, and snip, great questions that lead to engaging and informative answers from the customer.-Watch out for, and snip, great WOW moments where customers express jaw drop (liter
A lot of times, I need to listen to my reps’ gong calls in the evening after I put the little one to bed. I like to leave lots of comments in the calls for coaching purposes. However, this means I have reps getting emails about my critiques late in the evening which I worry can stress them out. I really don’t want them to see the comments until working hours start again.
Hi Does anyone know if there is a way to allow guests to download shared recording?I would like to share the actual video file as a downloadable instead of having to access the shared link every time anyone needs to view the meetings again. Thanks!
I don’t see any transcript option when I embed a call in the external site. Is there any way to turn on?
Hello! Is it possible to view and download the company recordings after the Gong contract expire? Thank you
My team onboards and trains new customers on our software. Currently we share every training recording with our customers in a Box folder so they can revisit and review. We are hoping to move away from using Box and, instead, share the recordings using Gong. The challenge we’re running into is that we can’t seem to find an easy way to share them in an organized fashion so our customers can find all of their recordings in one folder. Has anyone else figured out a way to make this happen?
We have an in person (old school) meeting. How can we record the meeting w/o opening a zoom call?
I have been using gong for almost a year now. And suddenly over the past couple of days the Notetaker does not seem to be joining the call. I am using chrome to open the zoom link. Has anything changed recently that prevents the notetaker to join?
Hi! Today I had a call with a customer and it’s taking longer than usual to “import”. Could you please advise? Thanks!
I just went through this earlier today and thought I’d share with my Community friends. If two Gong customers hop on a call and they both want to record, what is the optimal way to do that? Both customers want that call added to their Gong instance. @Red Reddy shared that the non-host of the meeting would need to add assistant@gong.io or use the schedule button on the Gong homepage to ensure it gets recorded on their side as well!
Hey everyone,I’m really loving the new feature of requesting viewer information before they can access a recording, but on that note, do we not get email notifications anymore without toggling that?
I have Admin access, however, I do not have access to any of the recordings, I remember doing this on friday and now I have no access, not even logged in as the host. Can anyone help
I need to remove the last 3 minutes of a call/transcript - is that possible? i need to share it with a client, but want to make sure the last few minutes aren’t available. Thanks,Del Rae
Is there functionality coming to give the option to have the gong announcement only happen once? I love having calls recorded, but with 26 outside attendees we listened to 26 announcements (some only partial due to the mute button...) but it’s sort of annoying. Any product updates appreciated!
All of my reps are setup on Native Zoom and Gong integration. My IT squad are saying that we have too many recordings on our Zoom Cloud. As all recordings are in Gong,Do I need Zoom Cloud Recordings if they’re all stored in Gong? Can I delete the Zoom Cloud Recordings as they’re already in Gong? Thoughts?
