Hello Program Managers – welcome to the Gong Community! As we talked about in the Academy, being Gong certified means that you’ll visit the Community regularly to connect with other Gong users, help answer questions about Gong, learn from each other, and share your own ideas and best practices. 

 

Another awesome aspect about the Community is that it connects you and other Gong customers directly with Gongsters (i.e., the folks who work at Gong). We pop in all the time to share news, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and participate in the conversations our customers are having.

  • What is your goal in becoming Launch certified? 

I am intending to rapidly upskill in the platform to become an incoming administrator of the system and deliver value to revenue teams

Given that you’re an incoming administrator, I recommend paying special attention to the Configure Key Integrations, Configure Business Settings, and Customize Gong Professional sections of the study guide. These courses will help you get your bearings and understand how all of the pieces fit together.

I’m looking to skill up quickly as we implement Gong so I can fully support our sales teams. My overall goal is to fully understand the platform’s setup and best practices - to ensure a smooth user experience and maximize its value for each team.

I want to quickly upskill so I can support our Sales teams by creating smart trackers.

My goal is to get a broader understanding of what this tool can do for our teams.

I am looking to ensure a successful pilot and implementation of Gong by thoroughly understanding the process.  As well as ensure I am well educated as an administrator.

My goal is to get a solid understanding of everything Gong can do so I can help our Sales Team get better insights into their conversations, adopt best practices, and to optimize our Gong use as quickly as possible.

My goal in becoming Launch certified is to use Gong for actionable insights, assist leadership with data-driven decisions, and effectively manage its rollout to my org in order to improve sales process visibility and drive better outcomes.

  • What is your goal in becoming Launch certified?  We are going to be adding Gong Engage to our existing platform and I would like to be prepared and have provide strategy ideas to our sales managers.

    I want to gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively optimize the Gong platform to drive team adoption and achieve measurable business outcomes. Specifically, I aim to learn best practices for managing successful program launches and overcoming potential challenges for my team.

    My primary goal in becoming Launch certified is to enhance my ability to support my team and organization in leveraging Gong’s capabilities to their fullest potential. I want to establish myself as a trusted resource in ensuring smooth processes and driving long-term success with Gong.
