As we talked about in the Academy, being Gong certified means that you’ll visit the Community regularly to connect with other Gong users, help answer questions about Gong, learn from each other, and share your own ideas and best practices. 

 

Another awesome aspect about the Community is that it connects you and other Gong customers directly with Gongsters (i.e., the folks who work at Gong). We pop in all the time to share news, answer questions, provide tips and tricks, and participate in the conversations our customers are having.

  • What is your goal in becoming Launch certified? 

I am intending to rapidly upskill in the platform to become an incoming administrator of the system and deliver value to revenue teams

Given that you’re an incoming administrator, I recommend paying special attention to the Configure Key Integrations, Configure Business Settings, and Customize Gong Professional sections of the study guide. These courses will help you get your bearings and understand how all of the pieces fit together.

I’m looking to skill up quickly as we implement Gong so I can fully support our sales teams. My overall goal is to fully understand the platform’s setup and best practices - to ensure a smooth user experience and maximize its value for each team.

I want to quickly upskill so I can support our Sales teams by creating smart trackers.

I am looking to ensure a successful pilot and implementation of Gong by thoroughly understanding the process.  As well as ensure I am well educated as an administrator.

    I want to gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively optimize the Gong platform to drive team adoption and achieve measurable business outcomes. Specifically, I aim to learn best practices for managing successful program launches and overcoming potential challenges for my team.

    My primary goal in becoming Launch certified is to enhance my ability to support my team and organization in leveraging Gong’s capabilities to their fullest potential. I want to establish myself as a trusted resource in ensuring smooth processes and driving long-term success with Gong.

  1. What is one takeaway you’re hoping to gain from the Program Manager Launch Certification? I would like to be able to help our company implement Gong to better support account managers (and their leadership) across the different branches of our org. 

My goal in becoming Launch certified is to become an expert in configuring Gong so I can make sure we’re using the tool to its full potential. I want to be able to customize Gong’s features to fit our team’s needs, streamline processes, and get the most out of the insights it provides. This certification will help me ensure that Gong is set up to support our goals and deliver real value to our organization.

My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to become the best SME possible for Gong on behalf of my organization.

My goal in becoming certified is to gain the expertise needed to lead launches that drive measurable business outcomes, such as increased adoption rates, improved team efficiency, and customer satisfaction. By earning this certification, I aim to solidify my credibility as a Program Manager and position myself as a strategic partner within my organization.

I’m hoping to become better prepared to support Gong at my organization as well as learn how to use the tool from an end user perspective.

I hope that becoming certified will allow me to provide the highest level of service for my stakeholders as we transition to Gong.

I want to be as knowledgeable as I can for our organizations sales leaders and end users as we transition to Gong. Being in Sales Enablement, I will be the go-to guy for questions on this new tool.

Gong is an integral system within our organization as well as our client’s. It’s important to me that I have the needed expertise to make sure everyone is having the best possible experience with Gong.

My goal here is to serve as the go-to person for everything gong program management. Since it’s become my responsibility to strategize the sales tech stack, becoming certified will allow me to confidently advise the executive team and my own team on anything gong moving forward!
