Hi! My goal in becoming Launch Certified is to ensure I have a true understanding of the power and reasons behind Gong. I am currently helping cover my company's tech stack and Gong is the one tool I am not overly familiar with, looking forward to that changing soon!

My main goal in becoming Launch certified is to understand how my company can use Gong to its full extent. We use it pretty surface level right now for recording and playing back calls. From a sales enablement perspective, I think we can go way deeper into Gong’s capabilities and drive utilization and value throughout our sales team.

My number one goal in becoming Launch Certified is feeling confident in my knowledge of the Gong platform and being well educated to contribute to the training and support of our sales team as we go through this implementation. I am also excited to learn how I can best use the data to coach our team and benchmark our overall successes with a new way of working.

  • I am taking over an already implemented instance of Gong, actually, three instances! I want to be able to understand the features that we do and don’t have enabled and see if we are making the best use of the tool.

  • What is your goal in becoming Launch Certified? I want to be the local Gong expert, able to look under the hood and see what settings and options are driving what behaviors.

  • We will ultimately be combining our three instances into one, so a takeaway I have from the program will be to be able to analyze each instance to see how they are set up differently and to be able to align the business by having an in-depth understanding of the set up of each feature.

Best practices for Program Managers to extract value from Gong as company goals and strategy evolve over time.

My personal goal from this course is to understand Gong more itself, while also taking this information to my corporate team, in hopes of better adoption of the tool. I’m interested in seeing how Gong is set up from the ground up as well, this is something I didn’t get to see when we initially got the tool. In addition, I’m excited to see how we can get more helpful insight into our business and how we can improve as a whole. 

 

Lastly, I love to learn about pretty much anything, so I’m excited for that aspect as well.

I want to have more product knowledge when it comes to Gong. Gong is such an amazing product and I want to give a lot of information to my clients so they can achieve their business objectives.

My goal is to maximize the abilities of this tool to coach and develop an effective team.  As I learn to better navigate the tool, I want to find the best ways to recognize best practises and share perspective.  I also want to use this tool to challenge status quo and inspire peer to peer learning and collaboration.

I’m very excited to take this course. I want to know everything about gong because my company is already a customer and I will be in charge to implement the best functions of Gong in our organization. Apart from that, personally, I think is a great course to keep informed and improve skills.

In my experience, a successful program launch is absolutely key to the overall success of a partnership. I want to be Launch Certified so that my business gets all the benefits of Gong. I love using the product but I know we aren’t using it to its full capacity and I am excited to see what we are missing and how we can improve our current processes.

My goal in becoming Gong certified is to ensure that I am taking full advantage of the tools and resources available to my team. I’m still pretty new to using Gong, but I can already tell how powerful it is By continuing to learn the ins and outs and becoming a subject matter expert, I can further take advantage of the features to further maximize value and influence change.
